Here are a few tips to maximize each day, all by getting your morning off to a good start.
1) Wake up earlier
2) Drink a full glass of water as soon as you wake up (lemon is recommended)
3) Eat a healthy breakfast (smoothies are great)
Here is a great smoothie recipe:
1 Banana
4-6 Strawberries
Half cup of milk (almond, coconut, regular - your preference)
A good handful of spinach
2 Teaspoons of chia seeds
Mix it up in a Nutri Bullet or something similar. Enjoy!
4) Do NOT look at your phone for the first 20 minutes of waking up.
5) Write down what you MUST do during that day (preferably write this down the night before)
I like to live by the quote "start your day before you end your day."
